ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE DISTRIBUTED BY DHL FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS WITH COSTS APPLIED BY THE COMPANY ITSELF depending on the weight, destination and volume of the product.

STANDARD SERVICE - Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla-
In order to expedite customs clearance of goods, an additional payment is required so we can ship your order with the customs handling fees (DDP) at our expense, applying a €28 surcharge. Indirect taxes (IGIC or IPSI) and any other related charges at destination are the customer's responsibility and will be paid to the carrier upon delivery of the goods.
DHL EXPRESS SERVICE
SAFADIFARMA also offers Express Service with DHL, with costs applied by the company based on the weight, destination, and volume of the shipment. Shipping costs will be calculated on the website during the checkout process.

(1) Orders placed are delivered depending on the conditions of the transport service contracted by the client and the delivery service route of the transport agency.
OBSERVATIONS:
- During the summer vacation months, delivery times are expected to be longer than established deadlines.
- Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us and we will inform you of the cost.
- Delivery times are approximate and are maintained unless there is a stockout or an incident with the courier service, in which case we will contact the customer to inform them.
- For orders with free shipping in Spain, the applicable service is subject to the delivery conditions for national parcels in Economy Service or Standard Service for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or earlier if possible, subject to the availability of the transport agency and its delivery area.
- For shipments outside of Spain and within the European Union, shipping will be done via Express Parcel Service, with the Sfpharmaplus online portal automatically calculating the shipping cost based on the destination and volumetric weight of the purchase.
- For shipments outside of Spain, customs duties, taxes, and related charges are not included and will be the customer's responsibility in the destination country.
Orders are delivered securely in a sealed box. If you require special confidentiality conditions, simply request them in the comments section of your order.
Purchase Guarantee
For your peace of mind, all our shipments include comprehensive insurance against loss, breakage, or any other abnormalities that may occur during transit.
Very important: When your order is delivered, check that the package is not torn, stained, or open. If so, do not accept it. Indicate the reason on the delivery note provided by the carrier. In these cases, please contact us to let us know; we will reship your order.
Sfpharmaplus offers only quality products endorsed by top-tier commercial firms. Our customers can rest assured that all our products are ORIGINAL , as they are purchased directly from the laboratories that market them or through the cooperatives that serve the National Health System's Pharmacy Network.
The reception of products sent by our suppliers and their handling for shipment preparation are carried out following a strict quality assurance procedure; however, a product may be defective, in which case Sfpharmaplus will replace it at no cost to the customer.
In the event of breakage or damage due to transport, you must keep the order box and the damaged product or its remains, and send us a photo of it. This is essential for us to process the corresponding claim with the transport insurance and replace it.
Please do not forget to notify us within a period of no more than 7 business days from the date of receipt, by telephone or to the email address: info@sfpharmaplus.com , indicating the following information:
- Customer name
- Order number and date
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photograph, in case of damage or breakage
In these cases, we will contact you to arrange for the product to be picked up. Once we receive the product at our facilities and assess its condition, we will refund the corresponding amount. In the case of a customer error, the shipping costs (pickup and delivery) will be borne by the customer.
All our products come with a minimum two-year warranty, or the manufacturer's warranty if longer.
